Don't Skip This Sunday Reset Ritual

Some people use Sundays to rest. I use them to realign.
With precision, Sundays can be pre-week preparation, getting ahead of the game and setting a week of intention.
I call it my Reset Ritual — Because if you’re not intentional, your days blur. When your days bleed into one another the same will happen with your goals, motivation, drive and ability to achieve your goals.
Here’s are the 4 Steps I do every Sunday — without fail:
1. The Audit. 15 minutes. Quiet. No distractions. What did I accomplish this past week? What are my wins? What challenges or distractions did I experience? What can I improve moving forward?
2. The Realignment. I look at my upcoming plans, meetings and commitments for the upcoming 7 days and cut what doesn’t serve my goals, body, businesses or highest good.
3. The Plan. I schedule my workouts, grocery prep, non-negotiables, tasks and responsibilities to complete for the week.
4. The Extra Credit. I write a small 1-3 item list of things that if I accomplish at least one of these things I would be over-the-moon stoked I achieved. Sometimes, it's as simple as making my bed for 7-days straight or a 30-min walk.
This is about building a life that doesn’t require a full breakdown to change.
You don’t need to burn out to reset.You just need a system that reminds you who you are — before your excuses do.
