Lobos Coaching is dedicated to ensure the client has a positive and successful experience and will make efforts with the client to ensure the experience is satisfactory to which is in the control and reasonable for Lobos Coaching.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that the results you achieve from using Lobos Coaching services are solely dependent on your own actions, efforts, and decisions. Lobos Coaching provides information, tools, and support, but you are ultimately responsible for how you apply the guidance provided. No advice or coaching is a guarantee of a specific outcome.

WAIVER OF CLAIMS FOR FINANCIAL LOSS

You agree that you will not hold Lobos Coaching liable for any financial loss, business failure, or failure to generate expected revenue or profits from any advice, program, or service you receive. Any financial decisions or business ventures you undertake as a result of Lobos Coaching's services are made at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any outcome, positive or negative.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARBITRATION

The location for arbitration shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By agreeing to arbitration, the parties understand that:

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding arising from these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection with the dispute.
This Arbitration clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions.
